Skin Tightening And Lifting

Fractional Microneedling Radiofrequency

July 18, 2019

Microneedling Radiofrequency (MNRF) is a minimally invasive new-age technology that combines traditional micro-needling procedure with radio frequency energy to improve the skin texture, rejuvenate the skin and create tissue volumization.

By delivering heat energy to the dermis and underlying layers, MNRF causes tissue tightening and stimulates collagen and elastin production. MNRF helps in visibly reducing acne scars, dullness, open pores, sagging skin, stretch marks and wrinkles. MNRF device bypasses the skin’s surface and energy is delivered directly to the collagen-producing dermis, thereby reducing the risk of post-treatment pigmentation. The result is a nearly painless procedure with minimal to no downtime.

Indications of MNRF include:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Acne scars
  • Skin laxity
  • Open pores
  • Stretch marks
  • Irregular skin texture and tone

Intensif RF Microneedle Treatments

The most advanced microneedle RF technology today

The Intensif by EndyMed is the first FDA cleared non-insulated motorized microneedle RF technology in the market. Powered by EndyMed’s unique 3DEEP RF technology, the Intensif stands out among other microneedle technologies with its exclusive, smooth and fast operating mode.

The Intensif’s smooth, gliding needle insertion motion is no like no other microneedle applicator today, offering fast and comfortable continuous operation mode. The Intensif’s non-insulated gold needles, together with EndyMed’s proprietary Fractional Pulse Mode technology, generate more heat safely into the dermis for better collagen remodeling, with significantly higher heating offered than insulated needles. The Intensif’s unique needles require less passes per treatment, for shorter treatment times and greater patient comfort, and provide quick treatment recovery times, faster than any other device on the market, with no bleeding or bruising.

The Intensif’s high precision needle depth, adjustable and ranging from 0.5mm to 3.5mm, provides the most effective treatment strength suitable to the treatment area. The perfect solution for treating acne, acne scars, stretchmarks, deep wrinkles and improving skin texture, Intensif treatments provide significant initial visible results, with continual skin improvement, well after the completion of treatments.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy

In dermatology, PRP is used as a treatment for hair loss, to speed up wound healing and to give patients younger-looking skin.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy In Janakpuri and Dwarka

What exactly is PRP?

We all have platelets in our blood. PRP is 3-step procedure that involves

  • Blood drawn from your arm
  • Placed into a centrifuge machine that separates the platelets from the rest of your blood
  • a high concentration of platelets reinjected into your face or scalp, using a syringe or microneedling

PRP can:

  • Reduce wrinkles
  • Plump up sagging skin
  • Stimulate cells to grow hair
  • Get rid of deep creases
  • Improve one’s complexion
  • Diminish acne scars

The entire procedure takes about 45 minutes to one hour. There’s little to no downtime.

The Carbon Dioxide (C02)

The Carbon Dioxide (C02)

The Carbon Dioxide (C02) Fractional Laser Resurfacing removes layers of skin in a fractionated method (columns of skin are removed, leaving the skin surrounding each column intact to aid in healing) to help reduce “age-spots”, lentigines, fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, uneven coloration, skin laxity, textural irregularities, dull tone, and a thinned collagen layer of the face, neck, and chest.

CO2 Fractional Laser Resurfacing is single best treatment for advanced skin damage and wrinkling. This one treatment is equivalent to having multiple other non-invasive treatments at once. The skin continues to improve over a period of 6 months following the procedure provided proper skincare is used and sun exposure is minimized.

The main negative aspect of the CO2 resurfacing is the downtime of procedure. It may take 7-10 days for the skin to heal. There is redness crusting, dryness, peeling and flaking (it is important to keep the skin moist after treatment) of skin. Social and occupational activities may have to be curtailed during this period. Skin will continue to age with time due to sun exposure, environment, stress, overall health and lifestyle choices such as smoking. To maintain results, we recommend a healthy skincare routine.
